Our stores & packaging
Designed with responsibility in mind
All Björn Borg store interiors and store displays are made from recyclable materials. This also applies to our bags, clothes hangers and store signs. Bags and hangers are made from renewable materials and the cardboard in our shop signs is made from certified wood. Our mannequins are made from recycled materials and are manufactured in Europe for shorter transport.
Both our own stores and our retailers use solutions and displays that are mostly made from recycled materials, and if they are not recycled, they are always recyclable. It can be, for example, constructions in metal, a material that also lasts a long time, and displays in GLS material - a recycled plastic filled with cardboard.

Lower-impact retails
Our retail sector has made several efforts to reduce its emissions. Transitioning to renewable energy is the action that makes the biggest difference, but we have also improved waste recycling, kept heating levels down, and avoided transporting small orders, among other things.
The majority of our Swedish stores use renewable energy, and it has begun to be implemented in stores in other markets.
Packaging with a purpose
We continuosly improve our packaging by choosing recycled and responsibly sourced materials white reducing unnecessary packaging wherever possible.
All our product packaging, hangtags and shipping boxes are made from a mix of materials from responsibly managed forests as well as recycled or controlled wood.
For our webshop shipments, we use ÅterBära™-certified bags, made from recycled material. The bags require less space during transport and are 100% climate compensated through a certified planting of trees in a Golden Standard certified tree planting project in Colombia. To highlight the importance of our sustainability work, each employee must set a sustainability goal. Feeling that you can make a difference is empowering and we are dedicated to standing behind and equipping everyone in the team with the tools to reach their green goals – not least through the annual goal setting. With the green goals, we hope to strengthen and make everyone aware of their importance on the way to one of our three most important business goals.
